Fun, colorful and unique are three words that best describe Cathy's designs. A turtleneck removed from a sweater becomes an ear toaster; ribbing from the cuffs of sweaters are cut into fringe that makes a cascading tiered skirt; and pieces cut from sweaters are used in patchwork designs to create infinity scarves, lap throws and baby blankets.

Cathy began collecting cashmere sweaters in college, more than thirty years ago. Her love of recycling and fashion design, along with over 100 worn and somewhat moth-eaten sweaters, led her to start a business four years ago.

Cathy can be found in her studio each day surrounded by a mound of cashmere. Her creative sense of style and whimsy make each design a unique piece of wearable art!
