    Bio

I was a stay-at-home housewife and mother of two when I discovered wire-wrapped jewelry while shopping on vacation in an arts community. My fascination with the craft made me determined to learn how to wire-wrap. After taking a basic wire-wrapping class, I was inspired to master this art. I’ve made it my passion since then and have exhibited at more than a dozen shows annually from Ohio to Florida.

In my work, I use basic hand tools to make bracelets, pendants, earrings and rings. The jewelry pieces are created with sterling silver wire, gold-filled wire, beads, gems, and semiprecious stones.

I was a guest artist at Dollywood for over a decade and taught wire-wrapping at William Holland School of Lapidary Arts for many years.

I am also a member of the Sheltowee Artisans Guild and the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen. I have served as president of the Kentucky Guild and was a longtime officer of Sheltowee Artisans.
