I am Susan Amantha Vanstone and I am addicted to Steampunk! I love the beauty of the Victorian age. The polished metals and the embellished jewelry are stunning by themselves, but Steampunk is so much more. It combines industrial age technologies and the beauty of the Victorian era to create a new and refreshing kind of art-jewelry that is different and unique.
Everything I create is first imagined and then created by the method I call “what if.” “What if this brooch had a gear to inspire movement? What if a dragonfly landed on filigree with the workings of a watch on its back?” Every piece has a history.
