The most creative art-bag designs ever!  Ladies handbags, unisex carry on bags, briefcases, pillows, belts, guitar straps, wallets, wrist bands, motorcycle accessories, etc.

Established in 1969 as Round Oak Leather, our 39 year evolution in mastering the art of leather working has been great!  Our leather artisans began their work in the late 1960's and 1970's developing their skills from making custom fit sandals to hand tooled and laced handbags.  From 1978 to 1983 we were in Nashville, Tennessee with backstage passes to the Grand Ole Opry.  We made specialty stage costumes, flashy leather goods and guitar straps for the biggest stars of the time.  In 1985, as well established leather artisans, we began reproducing 19th century museum artifacts for the re-enacting community, movie and television props industry and as contract work for museums.

Under the name Dixie Leather works, our reproductions have made us well known world wide and our reputation continues to expand through internet exposure.  We supply props for movies, television, documentaries and theatre and have over 40 major motion pictures under our belt.  In 1999, we developed a contemporary line of ladies handbags, business accessories, home decor, guitar straps and motorcycle accessories: all with one-of-a-kind, original designs.
