Char Downs has painted murals and created tile wall art for more than 30 years for universities, cities, non-profits, private businesses and individuals across the country. Her team spirit serves her well in partnerships with large and small artist groups. All projects, whether solo or with a group, are always completed before or at deadline. She has pleased her clients with the results of each project.
