Bio

Tony Wavy is a dynamic, genre-blending artist known for delivering unforgettable live experiences. Backed by a full band—featuring keys, bass guitar, drums, and live violins—his performances fuse Hip-Hop, R&B, and visual artistic elements to captivate diverse audiences through sound and storytelling.

A two-time Lexi Award winner, Tony is also the co-founder of MadWavy and a respected community curator. Through his work with Pen Collective, he has led community workshops, youth programming, and artistic collaborations with organizations such as the Lexington Public Library, Lexington Philharmonic, Fayette County Public Schools, and the Urban County Government.

Tony curates each set to match the venue’s energy, creating immersive experiences that go beyond music. His multidisciplinary approach and commitment to uplifting others make him a standout performer and cultural force.

Minimal Technical Requirements

​​Minimum stage size: 10' x 10'

Lighting:​ Backlighting,  LED RGB Strip Lighting/uplighting or general stage lighting​

Sound: 1-3 vocal microphones with stands, 1 direct monitor (floor wedge or side fill); Drums: 3 drum mics (kick, snare, overhead); Bass Guitar: Bass amp or DI box into PA; Keyboards: Keyboard stand, sustain pedal, DI or amp, power outlet

Other: 1-2 easels to display visual art, small table or stand for laptop/audio interface, power strip and extension cords​​
