My work is inspired by color and the natural world, and motivated by the desire to create something beautiful that can be shared with others.
I am a self-taught artist that creates one-of-a-kind, micro-mosaic jewelry using an original process. I meticulously craft each piece by cutting paint samples into very small pieces and placing them, one at a time, onto a ceramic, hand-made bezel. This process can take many hours to complete, depending on the size and detail of the work. Once finished, I seal and protect it with jeweler’s grade resin. The end result is a unique piece of wearable art that is meant to be enjoyed and cherished for many years.
