Bio
I developed an interest in painting as a young girl. My mother took up oil painting as a hobby and she let me experiment with her paints and brushes. In high school I had a teacher that worked in watercolors and I found that I enjoyed the challenge of working in that medium. Much of my skill in working with watercolors has been self-taught.
I grew up with a love for horses. It only made sense to combine this love with my painting, so two years ago I decided to focus solely on equestrian art. Owning and being around horses helps me express their beauty and spirit in my paintings.
