Bio
Although I consider myself a quilter, my work is often mistaken for painting. It is only upon close examination that the numerous pieces of fabric and thread that I use are detected. Using my background training as a painter, I try to combine the sewing skills of a dedicated quilter with the design skills of a dedicated painter. My goal is to create a work of art that brings warmth to the heart of the viewer and raises the quilt from the bed to the wall, from fabric to art.
