In my work I feel a strong sense of place, time and person. My artistic strength comes from the spirit of that which surrounds me. From the hills and valleys, small branches, flowing water and soaring trees, I gather the inspiration to paint, draw and create art. The works of art that I create attempt to capture the essence of this magnificent natural environment.

As the natural environment evolves and is transformed, I attempt to mimic these changes in my technique. Experimenting with various medium and combinations of media has given me freedom and latitude in style.
